Uncaring staff!

The staff was super-friendly and pleasant, everything was excellent. The room we booked was new-fashioned and stylish with a gorgeous bathroom and AC as described.

Comfy, modern hotel, there's lovely pool and location is magnificent on the main road. Rooms are well-organised and great-sized with a fridge and TV, food is local👍

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Aix-en-Provence. the hotel is situated in a beautiful green area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Additionally, I was impressed by the attention to detail in the rooms. The twin beds were comfortable and even had a balcony where I could enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen facilities were also a bonus, allowing me to prepare meals when I didn't feel like going out. Lastly, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and satisfying. It was a great value for money, considering all the amenities and services offered.

Everything was absolutely fine.

The hotel is located in a tranquil area which is great for relaxation. The pool area was one of the best aspects of the stay, it was clean and well-maintained. The rooms had a kitchenette and were equipped with children's channels on the TV.

The staff were lukewarm and not overly helpful. There were some maintenance issues with our room such as bulbs with no lamps and the shower had no place to hold soap or shampoo.

The spacious and stylish room at Adonis was spotless and welcoming. Despite the lack of foreign language spoken by some staff members, they made an effort to understand and assist us. The quiet location and nice surroundings added to a peaceful stay. The pool, though we couldn't use it due to the weather, looked inviting. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel just outside the city. The hotel facilities were new and clean. We were impressed with the excellent room design and spaciousness, including a big terrace with sun beds for relaxing outside. The staff were very attentive and helpful during our stay. The hotel provided ample parking for our car and we appreciated being able to easily take the bus into the nearby city.

Additionally, having a kitchen in the room was extremely convenient, especially for families with children. Lastly, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and definitely worth trying.

The hotel location left much to be desired, stuck in a boring industrial area with very little to offer. However, the comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms and the peacefulness of the small alley that got to the woods made for a relaxing stay. The pool was a great facility to be able to cool off after a busy day of sightseeing. The daily maid service was efficient, and the sheets and towels were changed regularly.

Sadly, the breakfast was not up to par with the rest of the hotel.

For a budget-friendly option, the amenities were great! The refreshing pool was perfect after a long drive in the summer heat, and the complimentary amenities added to the experience. The rooms were clean and provided all the necessary basics, and the location was peaceful and relaxed.

The wifi and network connection was a significant disappointment, with no reception or wifi signal at all. Staff response to the problem wasn't helpful at all, and we had to finish our online work outside of our room.
